Packaging Details: RCC precast tanks are not packed in boxes due to their size and weight. Tanks are safely handled and loaded using EOT cranes to avoid any structural damage. Wooden beams, rubber pads, and soft slings/nylon ropes are used to protect edges and surfaces during loading. Tanks are placed on level support beams inside the vehicle to prevent movement during transit. Cover slabs are packed and stacked separately, with cushioning in between to avoid chipping. Proper lashing and locking arrangements are done to ensure safe transportation. Each tank is inspected before dispatch to confirm zero damage and proper finish. Dispatch is done using suitable heavy-duty vehicles as per tank size and capacity.
